Why just Oklahoma and Alabama?  Real estate is local, and compliance is even more so. Oklahoma and Alabama have distinct requirements, and I’ve spent years mastering the finer details of each. I choose to limit my practice to these two states because it allows me to provide high-touch, hyper-specific service. When the laws change in Montgomery or Oklahoma City, I’m already ahead of the curve. I don't just "do" compliance; I know the specific local standards your brokerage is held to.
